Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Our Policy in Simple Terms
Cretify Shop is a print-on-demand store. Every product is printed fresh specifically for your order β it is not mass-produced or stored in a warehouse. Because of this, we are unable to offer general returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, we take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end β damaged product, wrong item, print defect, or manufacturing error. In those cases, we will replace your order at zero cost to you.
2. What Qualifies for Replacement
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- β The product arrived damaged or torn
- β The print has a visible defect β smudge, misalignment, fading straight out of the bag
- β You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong size, wrong colour)
- β The product is significantly different from what was shown on the product page
- β The package arrived empty or tampered
3. What Does NOT Qualify
The following situations are not covered under our replacement policy:
- β Change of mind after placing the order
- β Wrong size ordered β please use our size guide before purchasing
- β Slight colour variation due to screen calibration differences
- β Damage caused by improper washing or handling (e.g. ironing directly on print)
- β Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- β Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
4. How to Raise a Replacement Request
We strongly recommend recording a short video while opening your package. This is the fastest way to get your replacement approved if the product is damaged.
Send an email to support@cretifyshop.com with the subject line: "Replacement Request β Order #[your order number]"
Your order number Β· Clear photos or video of the defect/damage Β· Your delivery address (to confirm it's the same)
Once approved, your replacement will be printed and shipped within 3β5 business days at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds as a standard practice, since each product is made to order. However, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued in the following situations:
- Your replacement request is approved but we are unable to fulfil a replacement (e.g. design discontinued)
- Your order was not shipped within 15 business days of order placement with no communication from our side
- A payment was charged twice due to a technical error
Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after. After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible as your item may already be in print.
