• We accept prepaid orders only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments / Razorpay
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified
• Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement
