Shipping Policy

Important: Cretify Shop is a print-on-demand store. Your order is printed fresh after you place it — this means slightly longer processing time than regular fashion stores, but you get a product made just for you.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is confirmed and payment is received, here is what happens:
Day 0 — Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email. Your design is sent to print.
Day 1–2 — Printing & Quality Check
Your item is printed, dried, and quality-checked at our production partner (Qikink, India).
Day 2–3 — Packed & Dispatched
Your order is packed, labelled, and handed to our courier partner. You receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
Day 5–7 — Delivered to Your Door
Pan India delivery across all states and union territories.
2. Shipping Coverage

All states and union territories across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
📦 Courier Partners
We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, or similar trusted Indian courier networks.
📲 Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
3. Prepaid Orders Only
We operate on a 100% prepaid model — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. This allows us to confirm your order immediately and start printing without delay.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout — supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets.
4. Delays & Exceptions

- ⚠️ Delivery timelines may extend during national holidays, festival seasons, or natural disruptions

- ⚠️ Remote pin codes (Northeast India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar) may take up to 10–12 business days

- ⚠️ If your order is not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us immediately

- ⚠️ Cretify Shop is not liable for delays caused by the courier company once the item is handed over

5. Failed Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal — the package may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

- We will contact you via email to confirm a re-delivery attempt

- Re-delivery shipping charges will apply

- If you choose not to re-order, no refund will be issued as the product was already printed for you

Please double-check your address, phone number, and pin code before placing your order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please:

- Check with neighbours, building security, or your mailbox first

- Email us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date

- We will raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf
